We as a people have to deny any police double standard. Cops shooting dope aren't morally sound enough to arrest persons for dope.
Cops that drink and drive are probably not good judges of who is or isn't drunk either.
Down with the double standard.
Yeah, police discretion is the best thing a citizen had going for them in regards to police encounters other than literally knowing and demanding their rights be honored.
Why does police culture forever teach cops to bully their way past the Bill Of Rights? Corruption, immorality..that is all I can figure.

Even police can be found guilty of DUI. Their should not given special treatment nor case be dismiss without due process. For irregularity purposes about cases like this ask DUI lawyers.
